Mediterranean Tuna Salad is a healthy twist on classic tuna salad. Your favorite Mediterranean ingredients like feta cheese, olives and fresh vegetables are mixed with tuna and a Greek yogurt dill dressing.
This works great for a protein-packed lunch on pita or over lettuce. This salad is a light option that will keep you feeling full. Bring it along to cookouts and get togethers!
The great thing about using Greek yogurt in salad dressings is that it is high in protein, which helps to keep you fuller longer. Six ounces of Greek yogurt typically contains 14-17 grams of protein (regular yogurt has 7-8 grams). It adds creaminess and tang, too.
