Whipped coffee started off as a social media trend and now it’s became mainstream. The drink is made of instant coffee, sugar and water that is mixed together until it reaches a whipped consistency and then placed atop a glass of iced milk.

Whipped Coffee

Ingredients
Method
- Combine first three ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Using a hand whisk, hand mixer or frother, whisk rapidly until stiff peaks form (3-5 minutes).
- Fill a cup with ice and milk, spoon the whipped coffee over milk. Stir and enjoy.
#1 should say combine the first three ingredients…not “all”

Do you have to use sugar? If it can’t be sugar free is there a sugar sub that would work?
I used a sugar substitute for my moms and it turned out fine.
Does the water have to be hot, boiling, or cold?
I used cold tap water and it worked just fine.
Can it be blended instead of mixed?
