French Toast Cinnamon Roll Bake

This French Toast Cinnamon Roll Bake is my family’s favorite Christmas morning breakfast. This dish can be prepped and refrigerated overnight so it’s ready to pop in the oven first thing in the morning. Serve it with a glass of cold milk or an iced coffee and you’re good to go!

French Toast Cinnamon Roll Bake
This French Toast Cinnamon Roll Bake is my family’s favorite Christmas morning breakfast. This dish can be prepped and refrigerated overnight so it’s ready to pop in the oven first thing in the morning. Serve it with a glass of cold milk or an iced coffee and you’re good to go!
Ingredients
- 2 packages cinnamon rolls cut into quarters
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- cream cheese frosting from cinnamon roll package
- sprinkles optional
Instructions
- Cut cinnamon rolls into small pieces and place in the bottom of baking dish.
- Combine the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Whisk together well, and pour over the cinnamon roll pieces. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate overnight to allow the rolls to rise.
- Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes.
- Drizzle your icing and sprinkles on top and enjoy!
Notes
- You can skip refrigerating overnight if you do not have time!
