I recommend using rotini, fusilli or penne pasta, and cooked chicken breasts or thighs may be used. Romaine hearts are extra crisp and hold up well in the pasta salad, and cherry tomatoes add a pop of sweetness. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese from the block is a must for the best flavor!
The delicious homemade pasta salad is so easy to make! The Ceasar dressing is made with Greek yogurt and a small amount of mayo to make it thick and creamy. Greek yogurt is a great way to keep dressings creamy while cutting calories and adding protein! Just add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until they’re combined.
