Peach Vanilla Matcha Smoothie

For this smoothie, I combined peach and vanilla flavors with Greek yogurt, milk, and banana. I added a small scoop of matcha to add nutrients and a beautiful natural green color. Culinary grade matcha is great to use in smoothies, baked goods and more. Matcha is rich in nutrients and adds a subtle flavor to the smoothie.

Peach Vanilla Matcha Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • â…” cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk regular or lactose-free
  • 1 tablespoon culinary grade matcha
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract can omit if using vanilla yogurt
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine banana, peaches, yogurt, milk, matcha and vanilla in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with fresh mint leaves, as desired. Serve immediately.
