Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup chocolate milk regular or lactose-free
  • 6 ounces plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Honey to taste
  • ½ cup of ice if you want a thicker smoothie optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
