Method
Protein Bites
- Add rolled oats to a food processor along with the whey protein powder; pulse until smooth. Skip this step if you are using oat flour. Add the ingredients to a small mixing bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer.
- Next, add the nut butter, cream cheese and maple syrup. Mix until smooth. Fold in sprinkles at the end.
- Roll the mixture into bite-size balls or press it into an 8×8-inch baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Yogurt Glaze
- Combine Greek yogurt and powdered sugar in a small bowl. Add meringue powder if using. Sweeten with honey.
- Drizzle glaze over protein bites or pour over protein bars.
Notes
- If you are not using whey protein powder, add 1/4 cup more oats.
