Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade except the pork. Once well-blended, add pork cubes and mix to coat. Cover with plastic and place in the fridge for 1-10 hours.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Thread cubes of pork onto skewers. Place on hot grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Remove pork from the grill and serve with prepared sauce.

- This recipe works great with chicken as well.
