Herb-Infused
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil optional
Cilantro, Lime and Chile Salt
- ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoons cilantro finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon lime zest
- Chile salt: 3/4 teaspoon coarse salt and pinch of Chile of your choice
Basil, Black Pepper & Garlic
- ½ cup salted butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil finely chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Thyme
- ½ cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground pepper
Mint
- ½ cup butter room temperature
- 2 tablespoons fresh mint finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice add slowly
