Chocolate Peanut Butter Espresso Smoothie Parfait
You'll love this smoothie parfait with crunchy granola on top!
- 1 cup chocolate milk regular or lactose-free, 1/2 of it frozen into cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened whey protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or finely ground coffee
- Granola for topping the smoothie

Add all of the ingredients, minus the granola, to a blender and blend until smooth.
