Joel Bitonio’s Get Up & Go One Cup Fuel Up Shake
Cleveland Browns offensive guard Joel Bitonio understands the importance of good nutrition. He makes this shake with chocolate milk and Greek yogurt to fuel his 60 minutes of daily physical activity!
One Cup Fuel Up Shake Recipe:
- 1 cup low fat chocolate milk
- 1/3 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup frozen berries
Blend ingredients, pour and serve. Recipe makes three servings.
