Organic Milk

Dairy farmers work hard to provide fresh milk — organic and regular — to our family and yours. The type of milk you choose is a matter of personal preference as all milk is nutritious and wholesome.

What’s the difference between organic and regular milk?

There is no difference between organic and regular milk. Both contain the same combination of nutrients that make dairy products an important part of a healthy diet. An 8 ounce serving of organic or regular milk offers the same amount of nine essential nutrients, including calcium, vitamin D and potassium.

Is organic milk better for my family than regular milk?

No. In terms of quality, safety and nutrition, there’s no difference between organic and regular milk. The difference is how they are produced on the farm.

Do cows on organic farms receive better care?

All dairy cows — on both conventional and organic farms — receive the highest-quality care.
