  •Your margin on 8-oz. and 16-oz. à la carte and vended milk
 
  •Your current cost for 8-oz. carton milk for white, chocolate   and another flavor, if applicable
   
  •The cost that has been quoted to you for 8-oz. milk in a   plastic bottle for white, chocolate and another flavor*
